The hotel was just a few steps away from the royal palace and the charming streets of stockholm old town, making it a dream for weekend strolls and explorations. the friendly staff also contributed to a warm atmosphere during my stay.

We explored the charming old town and enjoyed a boat tour. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff was super friendly. The King Room with Sea View had a great view, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. Definitely recommend it for anyone visiting!

The only downside was that the spa got crowded at times, so be aware if you’re planning to unwind there. Also, the robes were a bit small and not very cozy.

our stay at unbound collection by hyatt was wonderful! the king room with sea view was a real treat, offering stunning sights of the water and a lovely schooner. the hotel is very close to the old town area, making it easy to explore. The dining was exceptional. we loved our dinner there! the sauna and plunge pool were highlights too.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The elevators were unreliable, one completely broken and the other nearly trapped us inside. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with empty shower gel containers and non-functioning lighting. Overall, it felt like the hotel was neglected and not maintained properly.
